The optimization in the use of resources, both human & materials is the growth potential for the economy of any country. Bangladesh possesses distinct comparative advantages foe the use of both human resources & locally available raw materials like leather. The challenge ahead is thus to attain certain objectives to remove the obstacles for the growth of a healthy export oriented leather products industry in Bangladesh.
